Ralph is a certified Puppet Professional and a high-tech industry- and technical training- professional who joined Puppet Labs in January of 2012. Before joining Puppet Labs, Ralph garnered over 20 years of technology and training expertise at companies such as Hewlett-Packard, the Environmental Systems Research Institute, and at Research In Motion. Ralph is the author of several published articles on industry certifications and holds a Masters of Education degree in Adult and Continuing Education from Colorado State University. Ralph is an avid Scuba Diver, and outdoor and international-travel enthusiast who dabbles in technology whenever weather and/or money considerations don't allow him to follow his true aspirations.
